With over 30 years at the sharp end of London's security industry, Michael Vincent is one of the most experienced and respected figures in the business. From the capital's most iconic nightclubs and members' bars to award-winning live music venues and world-class restaurants, Michael has spent three decades protecting some of London's most prestigious and high-profile establishments - building a reputation that speaks for itself.
Michael's career reads like a tour of London's finest venues. As Head Doorman, he has led security operations at some of the city's most celebrated destinations, including The Langley - Covent Garden, Sound Nightclub and Home Nightclub - Leicester Square, Digress - Soho, Belgo's - Clapham, Red Cube, Grace Bar, On Anon - Piccadilly Circus, Bar Soho, Funky Buddha, Jet Black VIP, and Foundation Bar - each one a different environment, each one demanding the very highest standards of professionalism, composure, and leadership.
Stepping into operations management, Michael served as both Head Doorman and Operations Manager across all three sites of the renowned Piano Works brand - Farringdon, West End, and Covent Garden - overseeing complex, high-volume security operations across some of London's most dynamic live entertainment venues.
Most recently, as Owner and Managing Director of Spotlight Securities Limited, Michael has brought that wealth of experience to bear as a security operator in his own right - delivering exceptional security services to Greek Street Live, Gerry's Private Members Club and The Room Where It Happens, among others.
